Caroline E. Bressman


Caroline advocates for employees’ rights to hard-earned wages as part of Nichols Kaster’s Wage and Hour Litigation practice group. Prior to joining Nichols Kaster, Caroline developed her passion for employment and anti-discrimination law through clerking for Gender Justice, a nonprofit legal and policy advocacy organization focused on addressing gender inequality.

During her time at the University of Minnesota Law School, Caroline served as the Symposium Articles Editor of the Minnesota Law Review, in which she organized the 2017 Minnesota Law Review Symposium, titled “A Prescription for Pharmaceutical’s Future: Balancing Industry and Consumer Concerns in Pharmaceutical Drug Development.” She also served as a Research Assistant for Professors Susan M. Wolf and Oren Gross, supporting their scholarship of the law of genomics/genetics and international law, respectively. Caroline volunteered as a mentor for the Women’s Law Student Association and as a court observer for WATCH, a court monitoring and judicial policy non-profit.
