By prior order dated December 17, 2014, the Court granted our motion for conditional certification of the FLSA collective. However, Caremark objected to that order and requested permission to appeal the order. Today, the Court denied Caremark’s request for permission to appeal. Therefore, we will issue Judicial Notice of this case to employees who are eligible to join the case.
