Caesars Entertainment

No Company is Too Big to Play Fair.
On May 19, 2021, we filed a lawsuit on behalf of participants in the Caesars Entertainment Corporation Savings & Retirement Plan(“the Plan”), which includes participants who are or were employed by various Caesars properties, including Harrah’s. The lawsuit alleges that Caesars Holdings and Russell Investments (the Defendants in the case) violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) by failing to act prudently or in the best interest of participants. The case has passed the motion to dismiss stage and moved to discovery.

If you are a current or former participant in the Plan within the past six years, you may have a claim. To learn more about the or discuss your potential claims, please contact Mary Arend, our Intake Clerk, by phone at (612) 256-3246 or by email at marend@nka.com.

We intend to seek approval to represent all similar participants and beneficiaries since August 1, 2017, but we do not know if the court will ultimately approve the case for class action treatment.
