We are pleased to report that the parties engaged in another mediation on September 27, 2019, where we were able to reach a tentative settlement with AmeriHealth Caritas. We are in the process of preparing a formal settlement agreement, which we plan to finalize by mid-November. We will then need to seek preliminary approval of the settlement from the Court before we can send out settlement notices to all eligible settlement class members.
